PayPie respects the privacy of its users. To provide services such as the wallet, payments and bookings for flights, hotels, taxi rides and SIM cards, PayPie asks users for certain information so that it can offer a safe and reliable service. This page explains what information Pay Rah Noavar Paya Company collects, and how it uses and protects that information. Using the PayPie app or website means you have read and accepted this policy.

The information we receive from you includes your name, mobile number and email address to create your account, traveler details and bookings, your wallet balance and transactions, and the messages you send to support. When identity verification is needed to use the wallet or complete a booking, we also receive your passport number, nationality, date of birth, a photo of your identity document and a selfie. Like most apps, we also collect technical device information such as the model, operating system, app version, IP address and error logs.

The app accesses your camera for document photos and selfies, your gallery to pick a document image, your location to show nearby services and set pick-up points, and notifications to keep you informed about bookings and payments, but only with your permission. You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in your device settings.

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your identity, process payments and bookings, issue tickets and invoices, send service messages such as booking confirmations and payment status, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the quality of the service. To improve our services, PayPie may analyze information in aggregate form only, without personal identifiers.

Your bank card details are entered on the secure page of the payment gateway and sent to your bank over encrypted channels. PayPie does not store your full card number, card password or CVV2. Only the records needed to run your wallet, such as the amount, date, status and reference number of each transaction, are kept.

PayPie does not sell your personal information and does not hand it to third parties, except in a few cases: travel providers such as airlines, hotels, and taxi and SIM card partners, only to the extent needed to complete your booking; payment gateways and banks, to process payments and refunds; technical service providers for hosting, notifications, analytics (including Google Firebase and PostHog), and SMS and email delivery, who process information only on our instructions; and competent judicial, law enforcement or administrative authorities when the law requires it.

Your information is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. PayPie uses encryption, access controls and monitoring to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Keeping your sign-in details safe is the user's responsibility, and they should not be shared with anyone else. If you hand your mobile number over to another person, you should change it in your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. To do so, send an email to info@paypie.io from the email address or with the mobile number registered in your account, using the subject "Delete my PayPie account", and include your full name and the mobile number or email address of the account in the message. To protect your account, we may ask for information to confirm your identity, and we will reply with the outcome by email within 30 days.

Before the account is deleted, you need to withdraw or request a refund of any remaining wallet balance, and any active bookings must be completed or cancelled. Deleting your account erases your profile, contact details, identity documents and selfie, saved travelers, search history and notification tokens. Financial transaction records, invoices, and security and anti-fraud logs that we are required by law to keep are retained only for the period the law requires and will not be used for any other purpose.

You can ask us to give you access to, correct or delete your personal information. The PayPie service is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. PayPie may change this policy in the future. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
